When people say my effort is not as good as theirs. That for me eating eating in Moderation is easy. Makes me proud, it’s like I make look easy what’s extremely difficult for me 😏

It takes more self control to stop after at a bite

Practice creates habit. Habit becomes normal. Normal removes angst and trauma/drama

Moderation for someone who has never had a weight issue might be easy. For most of us, it is a continuous struggle.

Erquiga— some of us saw our future in the faces of our families and friends and chose to never go there to begin with. Don’t ever kid yourself that this is easy for anyone. I hate I when people say “oh you are so small, how would you know what it is like to be overweight”. I planned, and chose and worked hard to give myself the best chance I could at not traveling that road.

Kenna, I am with you. Weight loss has been the focus of my life. I have been thin and maintained a healthy weight; but it was always a struggle.

Whether it is easy for someone or not, it's still takes self discipline and commitment. Rosio19 you should be very, very proud of yourself. You've made changes and those changes show. Congrats! Keep up the good work. I am inspired to keep going. Thank you!

Yes, while it can be a choice for some people...I remember dieting at 10 yrs old, while my sister ate what she wanted and never gained an ounce! So, the struggle for some of us is way different...we all have our struggles in life, but so many activities, events, and public gathering are focused around food. (Also, try having an Italian grandma who would get mad if you didn't eat!) You do make it look easy girl & you give me the inspiration that one day I will proudly post my pics! (If I ever figure out how to do it on here! Help...)

Rosio, please reread my initial post. I stated for SOME it MIGHT be easy. But for most, it is a continual struggle. Weight problems run in my family. My father died at the age of 61. I joined Weight Watchers at 19, even though I wasn't heavy. Food has always been my addiction. It doesn't get easier, it is always lurking.
