Its a good thing I picked yesterday for this week, because I was up this morning - for no particular reason - Probably because I go to the gym late on Wed. and drink 1.5 L of water. LOL.. .being hydrated is good - but can easily change your weight.

On the good news side - the dress that I was planning to make my goal for the next 2 months - already fits just fine. I'd look a bit better in it if I could tone up my upper arms and belly - but I haven't worn it in ages!! Of course, now I"m going to need a more challanging goal - and if I'm sucessful I might need to find a new dress for my dinner date in April. But then again, that is something to look forward too. I'm actually planning to take another sweep through my closet and clear out the XL's. I'm fitting okay into most M's these days and L's are baggy and comfortable. I prefer my clothes big anyways.

The other good news is that I had 3 points left at the end of today and instead of using them on something gross (like the black licorish I safely stowed far away from my desk) I made a nice healthy smoothie with lots of fruit and healthy stuff. And I kept the licorish eating to 4 pieces. Still not exactly the best idea - but compared to what I usually do with a bag of licorish - I'd call it the epitome of self control.

I did find some 2 pt. granola bars with a tonne of fibre in them. I haven't tried them yet, but I suspect I will tomorrow. I actually only used 14 flex points in the last 7 days - compared with 40 the week before that.

I can't wait to throw out my XL's! How exciting for you!!! SO wonderful your dress fits already, but a new dress to celebrate sounds fun too! Hooray for flex points:) Congrats on your choice for the 4 pieces of licorish. I know I would have in the past been the one that would eat the whole bag - then not realizing I just did, reach for more from the empty bag. How far we have come!!!
