I'm weighing in a day early - figured I'd take the good weight and run with it - who knows what tomorrow will bring. The coming week will be challanging. I suspect that I'll be missing the gym a lot and end up eating out more often than is good for my diet. I'm going to try and stick to subway and salads and stay away from the baked goods. I'm also going to try and keep a selection of fruits and veggies with me - But I'm human.
I really really want to make 140 lb. It seems so close and yet so far. I'd really like to be able to wear my black dress to Gabe's grad dinner on April 25th. Its a size 11, I think, and right now I'm a size 12. I think another 5 lbs should help and I really need to keep pushing it with my abs - they don't look like they should for a person who goes to the gym nearly every day. Ah well.. a few more sit ups. At least those I can do just about anywhere, including my grandparents basement.
