Had surgery 2 weeks ago. Gained from IV fluids and horrible hospital food. Back home and restarting NutriSystem.

129.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb. Still to go: 19.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 1.1 lb a week
