So I need some advice. I become ravenous after 5-6pm... especially if I've been lifting that day. what are some natural ways of curving late day appitite?
275.8 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

protein and fiber early in the day to slow down ghrelin production and promote satiety, adequate calories at breakfast and lunch.

Thank you TinaBee, I am gonna try and up my calories and see how I react to that. Try more intermittent snacks, almonds berrys etc in between meals. It sounds crazy but its hard to keep eating all day :P
