Blah! coming back from vacation and stepping on the scale... Yuk! Time to really buckle down. I don't think I was this heavy when I was pregnant! ugh.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
