I have switched to a new scale, which will hopely be more consistent. I don't really have the spoons to plan & stock to a specific diet, so I am largely just focused on protein, vegetables, and not eating much sugar. I'm also earring until I am not actively hungry instead of until I am full. I'll see how it goes, but can adjust intake based on my daily weight.
276.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 141.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
