I just looked at your diet journal and I think you aren't eating enough calories. I aim for 1800-2000 a day, and less than 20 total carbs. I wasn't eating enough calories. Try to aim for ~1700 a day, and see if the weight loss doesn't pick up. Add olive oil, mayo (full fat, regular), butter to each meal. It really ups the calories quickly without adding carbs.

Shari, I uped my calories last week from 1500(ish) up to the 1700s and finally began losing again. Regardless of how you are counting your carbs if your cals are too low, you wont lose.

I agree with ctlss...how you count your carbs DOES matter...at least to me it has. Less than 20 TOTAL carbs, and up your calories. Try it for 2 weeks and see if you are getting the results you want. No Atkins bars. Keep it fresh and unpackaged! Have an afternoon snack of tuna and 2 tlbs of real mayo...or 1-2 deviled eggs. This might help bump up calories but not your carbs. Good luck!
