Had a great recovery day yesterday! Diet is back on track. Mostly vegetarian yesterday except the meat sauce. Even had banana "ice cream" - my new favorite dessert:)
163.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
