This is such a great community! You all do such a great job of helping one another and encouraging each other through some of the toughest times of life! I was just reading someone’s post and all of the comments encouraging and helping enable this person to move forward in their weight loss goals were so affirming and positive. There wasn’t any judgment but just encouragement. Hope everyone is having a great day!!!
