A.M. fasting BS 127 Plan for the day is no more than 1205 cals. Balance of 66/7/27
Last night when I took my bedtime meds, I noticed I had forgotten to take lunch and supper meds. It feels good this morning to see my fasting BS is 127, in spite of taking just breakfast and supper meds yesterday. Weight was down again this morning.
Ate a deviled egg for breakfast since I was making them for church potluck today. Left the protein powder out of my smoothie this morning. Used olive oil in it instead of coconut oil -- not the best oil for a smoothie!
Well, this was a tough day: church potluck, plus a wedding shower... calories 1561, macros 67/15/18. I ate deviled egg, meat, sweet potato casserole, zucchini-cucumber salad, green bean casserole, no dessert for lunch, drank 3 glasses of unsweet tea. (Should have skipped the sweet potato but it sure was delicious!) At the shower I ate some cantaloupe and mixed nuts, Skipped cake, cupcakes, and punch. Drank a no-calorie drink. I'm cutting supper way back. Net carbs 44.87. Pretty much a sedentary day, too. Better day tomorrow!Took my BS at bedtime; it was 93, so I skipped the Januvia but took my Losartain for blood pressure. Ate a slice of cheese to keep from hypoglycemia before morning.
