I had McDonald's today too! I did my research ahead of time and my MD lunch actually made it easier to meet my numbers. While looking online for "Healthy menu items at MD", I did a search for eating Keto at MD. I am amazed at all the information out there. 😊 Your meal looks so purrddyy!

McDonald's does a great job with Keto BUT I've most impressed with Wendy's. The lettuce always looks better; with enough to wrap the burger or chicken around and then include the condiments in separate containers. McDonald's usually just slaps it on a plate and calls it good 🤣

I actually got 2 plain McDoubles. They have been advertising 100% beef for a while now. Hopefully it’s true lol I should try Wendy’s next time I’m out and need a meal. I’ve heard they are pretty accommodating as well.
