zzzzzzz! I'm on the hunt! I've been really hungry today. At noon I gave into a piece of bakers chocolate with a dab of peanut butter, a cup of chicken broth, and some water. hoping I would get moving.. I felt it coming lol. within an hour I was dead tired and couldn't concentrate. ok, maybe I need to put my poor head on the pillow. then I force my eyes to find a symptom tracker app in my phone. I think I like the lupus one so far. now I'm wondering if anything I ate yesterday, triggered my afternoon fallout? or, do I just need to eat? I don't think anyone with normal blood sugar just needs to eat lol.. So, I ate my cauliflower mac and cheese. when I get this flash fatigue, the brain fog feels like I'm sort of stoned and my brain feels swollen, the whole front/top of brain. how odd?! maybe gong in carnivore for a month isn't that crazy! I can treat it like an elimination diet. hopefully I'll feel better in an hour or to cuz I gots things to doooooo!

Deep breaths girl!! I keep myself busy on days like that playing Seekers Notes on line!! And if you are having a hungry day, eat. I would eat but try and keep my carbs low. Hmmm how about making yourself some keto chocolate mousse??? That is filling for sure. xoxo

Kimberley, msroboto thanks! My problem is I have numerous days like this a week. And CURRENTLY I can't predict them and I can't think more than a few minutes when I'm like this. I've tried pushing through it but that never works lol. It's quite comical as I wonder the Isles of Walmart spaced out tired haha. I am at 10 carbs. That's ok. I'll have a little steak or coconut cream smoothie for dinner 🍴🍨

Eat some protein instead of the carbs. Maybe celery sticks with peanut butter. Gives you a little crunch plus protein. It helps with energy and filling full.

I see you have been getting plenty to eat, so I have a question??? do you daily eat peanut butter and chocolate?? I did not go back more than a couple days. I do have a peanut sensitivity and that does not mean you do. I have no sensitivity to chocolate that I have detected. sometimes you have no noticeable reaction to one of your sensitivities, but a combo of 2 can do the trick. It may have started yesterday with it building today. everyone is different. Lots of water to flush your system.

oecoilter WHAT CARBS, I'M ON KETO! I had zero carb bakers chocolate with less than a teaspoon of peanut butter lol. I'm at 16 net carbs for day in my log and that's all I'll have. too tired to eat now. this journal is most importantly to remember how I feel and be able to analyze what could be triggering autoimmune responses

Baskington peanut butter is new, my symptoms are not BUT my headaches are new, I actually thought about that. I'm thinking I will eliminate all dairy and peanuts/almond next. Why not, I've come this far lol. The best shape I was ever in, I ate filet every day!

Jenjabba - Have you done a liver cleanse recently? I have Systemic Lupus since age 12 and other health issues. I do LCHP diet with carbs at 10n a day - been following this diet for over 20yrs to help and it has amazingly. But anyone doing net carbs under 20 daily should do a liver cleanse usually at the beginning of starting a LC diet and then annually thereafter especially when over 40. The LC diet is really beneficial for people with lupus, it has never been reported to be a cause for autoimmune deficiencies.

It doesn't let you edit comment so I wanted to add.. Suggest more protein daily, double daily amount of B12 for energy.

your protein average looks good, we all have a low day, I exercise a lot more now and try to keep mine between 70 and 90 grams depending on my activity, you look pretty good. but as always, talk to your doc. try knocking off the peanut butter and once this settles down and clears, try the chocolate on its own. It takes a good week or 2 so to clear.
