Thanks to suggestions, I added tumeric, pepper and fat to my morning drink. Not coffee or tea, but my broth that I make and drink each day. 1 cup broth added 1/2 T heavy whipping cream, 1/4 t tumeric and 1/8 t pepper. Tasted great. Will up the tumeric and drink 2 cups daily and see if it helps my knee over the next month. Any other suggestions, let me know. Thanks y'all.
