Gained muscle mass, still have gut fat but at least it's going in the right direction.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Forgot to add that since I'm at a so called "normal BMI" (so I don't have to take any crap from drs) it's only about NSV's now. I honestly don't care about the scale anymore but felt I needed to post a weigh in to show that the food I post and eat works well for me.

It is great that you got to your weight goal, I have a ways to go yet but I am not worried about it. Gaining back my muscles I bounce all the time. I honestly don't know if my goal weight will be my goal weight by time I get there. My belly fat gone back to normal is the real goal now. I appreciate your insights into diets too. It is nice to have someone educated on the topic to express an opinion.

At a certain point, the scale matters a lot less than all the other metrics. I try not to overstep but I got very crazy yesterday about people saying untrue and medically harmful things (to diabetics) merely to hear the sound of their own voice. I came off as a jerk, but I'd do it again!

I totally understand. sometimes there is no choice but to step up. There are a lot of good people here and sometimes things get written a little differently than intended. I am sure you see the well meaning ones, I have brain fog so I know sometimes I don't write as clearly as I am thinking. LOL!
