7 days at camp... I didn’t track anything BUT I ate Keto friendly foods all week. As the head cook, preparing food for 70; 3 meals per day plus 2 snacks (midday and late night); I breathed chocolate pudding, banana cream pie, apple crisp, rhubarb crunch, homemade rolls, the worlds best cinnamon rolls (that I made from scratch), biscuits & gravy, chicken enchiladas, French toast, tater tots, nachos, root beer floats, etc... you get the idea. HUNDREDs of finger licks that DID NOT HAPPEN!!! My only indulgence was a handful of blueberries and 1 serving of tortilla chips with the cheese dip. I had hoped for a big loss with all of the discipline and 16 hour days of food prep.... I guess I consider the will power alone is still winning. I didn’t slide backwards by mega pounds... so I’ll keep my chin up and keep pushing for the future losses.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 0.2 lb a week

That's an incredible amount of food to prepare for everyone! It all sounds delicious. I'm sure I would have given in and at least tasted some of those creations!

you did great and that slight change is nothing. most likely just water weight. I have much bigger jumps of weight, 3 pounds when I am under my goals.
