last night we test drove my revised stuffed pepper recipe and I liked it better. I added water to the meat mix and used my regular kraft parmesan cheese. I added more garlic salt and more onions to the mix. I also experimented with baked garlic parmesan cauliflower. Thumbs up on both from hubby. Neither one of us is a fan of cauliflower but this was tasty.
the meal is well balanced in protein, carbs and fat. decent amount of calories. I had the leftover for breakfast this morning. LOL!
Weight is starting to move downward. The new game plan is working.
