A very slow-go when compared with previous weight-loss efforts. Not a matter of focus nor determination. Simply learning how many calories I can consume and not gain weight. I know that bringing exercise back into the mix will bump up the metabolism and likely increase my weight-loss momentum. Down to zero snacks these past couple of weeks and (2) meals each day. What I'm listing is precisely what was consumed. Nothing left out.
Breakfast (2) fried eggs (first time in a month), 1/4 cup dry oatmeal, 1 tbsp hemp, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 oz walnuts, 2 tbsp plain yogurt, 1/2 cup non-fat milk, 2 tbsp plain kefir,
Lunch (2) cups baby kale, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/2 avocado, 1 oz pistachios, 1/4 purple onion, 1/4 cup sautéed mushrooms (oil, butter, wine), 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/4 cup Fuhrmna's salad dressing, 2 tbsp hummus, 75 ml Fuhrmans DHA and daily vitamin
Dinner (1) cup vegetable juice, 1 tbsp ground hemp seed, 1 lg scoop greens powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice, medium-size apple,
