what kind of nut butter did you use. It looks very yummy! those are my favorite kind of fat bombs!

Hey Pixie68. I made them with organic crunchy almond butter. My proportions were a little off because I didn’t have any coconut oil in the house - I know, sacrilege to us Keto’ers. I used addiditional kerrygold butter in its place.

you can use Kerry butter in place of other butters in most recipes, but not for oil. I have been collecting a lot of recipes which I am testing one at a time. what kind of crunchy almond butter did you use?? I tried a smoother one and the taste was gritty and off to me. I tossed it.

Baskington, I used MaraNatha Almond butter. They make a crunchy and a creamy. I love in the Northeast and got it at ShopRite..
