First time ever in 24hr Fitness was Sunday, I was always afraid of the gyms that people would judge me for how I looked. I gotta say this one makes me feel comfortable. latley i've been feeling pretty awesome. Today was a proud accomplishment got on that treadmill an did some running. Wasn't much but it was the first time in 20+ yrs that I evem attempted to run. It felt great.

Don’t know your age etc but you should know your max heart rate and training heart rate. (Generally 80% of your max.)

Running can become an addiction 😎. Start slow, no I mean slower than that. Run one day floor exercises the next to strengthen the muscle groups you will use to run or walk the next. Throw in a day of bicycle here and there. Hope u love it like I do! Wish I had that time these days...
