Thanks guys! It was an amazing trip. I’m so grateful we could take our older two kids and spend time with them exploring such an incredible city. Jackie: I still need to figure out this maintenance balance thing...it is so tricky! Another beast all together, but I’m never going back to the weight I was before this...I just feel so much better this way. 

Great pictures - maintenance is tough but I am having more success moving carbs up to stabilze and down to lose than anything else - Your pictures and post (s) are what it is all about - Great family by the way - MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU - GOD BLESS
