I was doing so well, but because I have to study for exams, I’ve been so stressed, that I ended up binging. What do I do 😫😫😫

Is it okay if I eat above my goal caloric intake for one day? Or did I just mess up my whole diet?

I’ve been doing so well as in I’ve been doing so well at losing weight and being disciplined these days.

Just drink water the rest of the day and start again tomorrow. One day may set you back but giving up is worse.

Log it, and make up for it over the rest of the week. No biggie.

Just make sure to never let yourself get too hungry, keep healthy snacks around to munch on, so you won’t get into that binge mode. Also, don’t worry so much about calories while you take your exam as much as about the food you’re eating. Healthier foods is better than fries if you are going over calories. Plus good food will help you study better and less sluggish!

It's about balance. Not sure what your RDI goal is, but if you average it out, you should be fine. Every person's physiology is different and we all store and burn at different rates depending on a million+ variables. Keep hydrated. If you crave sweets you are likely craving fruit which is usually mostly water anyway. if you crave salty, your body is trying to retain fluid. Drink water and wait a few minutes. Then decide if you want to actually eat something.

You need an outlet. Try a walk or listening to Mozart and Beethoven. That got me thru my exams.

Rather focus on exams and then switch back to diet and exercise. Forget diet until exams are over. Its perfectly fine. Dont stress out as you can make up for it later. Or just do as much as possible. There are ups and downs in every goal😊
