It's a cauliflower 3 cheese pizza crust made from cauliflower all I did was add jalapeno pepper, pineapple, shredded chicken breast, kale,grape tomatoes, pepper flakes pizza crust was bought at HEB grocery store in healthy frozen section.

This looks delicious! I've thought about the cauliflower crusts but haven't tried it yet. Frozen would be a good option.

Why does so many people eat beef bone broth??? How do you make it??

ohhh - jalapeno on my cauliflower pizza next time...I used Cholula sauce but jalapenos would be better!

I buy bone broth—It’s basically a stock. I don’t know where you live but I buy it at Sprouts here in SoCal.

Robadamsjr—I started making my own pizza sauce a few years ago so that I can control the ingredients. I freeze it in 1/4 cup “silicone” ice trays” so it is always ready to go. I use whole wheat pita bread as the crust. Onions, olives, green and red peppers and mozzarella cheese. We don’t ever eat pizza out anymore. This is so good and automatic portion control.
