Last Sunday - Wednesday I worked different hours so my meals and sleeping was changed. I worked one day 7:00 pm to 3:30 am, then two days 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, and the last day 9:00 pm to 4:00 am. I did sleep a couple of hours shortly after I got home and tried to sleep a few more hours early afternoon. Was careful what I ate but was not on my Jenny Craig meal plan.
Donated whole blood yesterday so I ate more calories than I should and also today ate more than what I should. I weigh in at Jenny Craig on Tuesday so I will see what my weight is then. Still hoping to get to my weight goal by September 30 this year.
