Kay— the walking within about 20 minutes of eating does two things. It spreads up the movement of food through the stomache therebye decreasing bloat. Walking also helps decreases blood sugar spikes, which is where the damage occurs, because glucose is shunted to the muscle for fuel. I try to walk every night after dinner for about 15-20 min. The pace depends on if I am by myself or if my neighbor goes with me.

I thought I was the only one that could destroy a egg while peeling it. LoL. I think it is because I have the fat finger syndrome. LoL. the salad looks great. enjoy!

I walk every night. My speed depends on how many blades of grass my dog wants to smell!!
