Back to where I started a week or so ago with an extra .2 lbs off. Whoopee. Good thing I am in this for the long haul and not just a vacation coming up. I know with my arthritis and back problems that it is necessary to get the weight down and keep it down...so no choice but to forge ahead. My stomach is a bit bloated and I am a bit constipated . I hope that in the weeks ahead I will see a big drop one week to make up for this almost non-existent weight loss.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.3 lb a week

slow and steady gets the job done. I have back problems too, been plagued my whole life, but with care I can do limited upper body exercises and have no problem riding a stationary bike. that last one is what mostly burns my calories.
