Going up, wrong way!!!! I heard about sauerkraut and how good it was for you, especially in losing weight, so trying it. Found some local made raw, fermented, probiotic sauerkraut. It is Harissa flavoured, nice and spicy! My reading suggested 1 Tbs a day will enough to make a difference, I had 43g today at 11 calories. Hope this helps! I tried adapting the "free foods" from WW for my snack foods, but I think I'm eating too much fruit. I also tried not recording everything i eat, that might have had something to do with at too, even though I thought I was doing OK!

Has anyone else tried sauerkraut - what results?
193.8 lb Lost so far: 71.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes found in smoked garlic & jalapeno at HEB grocery store.
