I wanted so much to go on the scale today, looking for a reward, but I made a vow to weigh myself only twice a week. I should just do it once a week, but it is just too tempting. I have my tight pants waiting for me so I can try them on before going on the scale to see if they are looser, but they will have to wait for a day. My fingers were a tad swollen today, so maybe it is better. If I eat foods naturally high in sodium, I react immediately. Good thing I don't have high blood pressure. I was reading someone's journal about not being on a diet. This is true. I looked at the fact that I can eat anything if I count it. My not just do that for the rest of my life. Fortunately, my husband is no longer a big eater, so it is easier for me. I really don't want to think of my current eating as a diet, but just a lifestyle change for me, being more aware of what is going in my mouth and adjusting the day accordingly.
