I’ve lost 37 lbs in 8 weeks on the keto diet, and I run a 5k between 4-5 days a week! I gained 55 lbs in the midst of an abusive relationship I’m still working my way out of, and I’m determined to feel like myself again. I quit drinking, and have a whole new outlook on life. I can do this!
