UGH is all I can say. This is what helped me lose weight in the past with my Type A Personality. Gonna try it again!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What u eat n how you eat when u lose weight is what u have to eat for the rest of ur life if you want to keep the weight off 😉
