I've been away from here for a few weeks and it's time to get back to it. I have been obsessing about my weight and my depression has really set in. So I ate what I wanted and didn't feel any guilt. I need to get back to trying but I need a healthy balance of control and freedom. I'll get there!

158.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
