Thanks! Just read about you. We have a similar story. I hurt myself last year and stopped working out completely. (getting old really stinks!) Just a few years ago, I weighed 246 and was very, very active. Trying to get back in the gym on a regular basis is very hard right now. So discouraging. Here's to getting better!
