I am pleased to announce that on Monday when I went to the doctor my weight is 212 lbs. I lost 2 lbs. Yea! I did however pig out on two brats yesterday for the fourth and one was eaten after 8 last night. Part of my diet is no eating after 8. I will exercise control and will definitely be on track as of today. Walking is on the menu today. Looking forward to my next weigh in, in 2 weeks 7/23/18. Control, control, control is what I am keeping in mind. Thanks everyone for the support!
