I can't believe I've made it this far. It's very surreal to me. I still tend to view my body the same as it was about 30 pounds ago. So whenever I try on clothes, I have this expectation beforehand that it won't fit, but then it does and it's still very surprising to me. I'm still waiting for my body to drop the fat that's around my belly area which is just clinging on, but I have to trust the process and hope that my body will drop it eventually.

Nicely done, welcome to the 20 lbs challenge. Looks like you are targeting nine pounds which is good, at your size you will be working just as hard as me to lose 20 lbs. Good luck, your body will catch up as your weight loss slows down.

20 lb challenge -sign me up. Been cutting carbs by th bushel and even learned to bake a few very low carb delights to still enjoy life a little. Trying to stay under 25 carb g's per day. Has not a big problem except when I really yearn for a piece of fruit or some cherries. OK - ice cream too.
