This morning two resons for plateau appear. 1. Not monitoring food intake properly. 2. Leaving too much time from last meal till weigh-in. Both factor leave room for eating enough for plateau. Possible third is to be low in salt, that brought on a higher appetite. My waking weight show promise of having broken through the plateau. Fingers crossed.
