Losing, slowly but surely. What is working is rising early for walking workout, 5 to 6 days each week. Also keeping track of what I am eating and drinking lots of water. What is not working, occasionally straying from eating correctly.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
