Strangeness continues. The neighbors just came over and gave me some bananas I've never seen before. Got to learn they are called 'Young Womans Breast Bananas'. Here's a pic. Yep, strange days come by once in awhile. :)

Just had a tiny taste, and they had a fresh taste, with a hint of citrus. A 'normal' banana is called 'Smell Good Banana' locally. Didn't know there are so many kinds. The neighbors got cup cakes in return. Freshly baked. Glad I'm in ketosis, otherwise these things may have lead to gains.

Do you use the ketone test strips or do you just know by watching diet, feeling, etc?

I know by what I eat. Around 12oz of meat per day. A couple of egg yolks. Half a Kiwi sometimes. Fast 17-18 hours daily.
