I've been getting too comfortable this summer. Staying at home all day =snacking all day long. I'm at the highest weight of my life (113lbs) with pounds of skinny fat. None of my clothes look right on me, my skin is dry, my friends notice my weight gain and my confidence is down in the drain. I'm creating a two weeks challenges for myself to kick off some bad habits before summer ends. Eat clean, train mean, live lean!
