I won't get a lunchbreak today so I'm stepping up breakfast: a whole grapefruit and two packets of strawberries and cream oatmeal (very sugary but I have nothing else quicker to make)

You can not go wrong with grapefruit!! yum.

Natural sugars are better than anything though you can’t totally cut out sugar however things with added processed sugars you can
