Breaking my fast at 21 hours. I’ve been busy busy all day. I could go longer but it’s break time and I don’t want to eat too late. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Thanks guys! It was really good and this day was way easier to get through than the first 2 days of 20:4. I am experiencing a lot of brain fog though. And lightheaded ness Any tips?

Electrolytes

Looks so good and satisfying! Do you take any meds that might cause brain fog? Do you need to drink more water? These are sometimes things that cause mine.

I don’t take any meds and I really don’t know if I’m getting enough electrolytes. Most of the time I drink a gallon of water and salt all of my food. But when I’m at work it’s hard to drink so much water and I probably only drink 8 or 9 cups. I guess I should look into electrolyte sups
