OMAD yesterday (with a quick 2oz almond snack before bed as I was shaky). Still logging and keeping smaller portion control but not caring about macros and total calorie count.

Note to self: came to a head. Ignored, yelled at, being stressed now. How does cortisol affect me this week and next? Protein powder? Smoothie diet do I don’t ‘eat’ at all? Ask trainer Tuesday.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
