Breaking the fast now. Have to make a quick trip out of town. Better to eat at home than to be tempted by road food.

192.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb. Still to go: 0.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

First time I've seen a green line in a while, and I know it won't hold, but I've certainly shaken it up. Hopefully I'll be staying below 195 now.
