Gymn question, and looking for suggestions....
I'm considering joining a gymn again - need some inspiration and suggestions on how I might learn to love it. My preference has always been to just do outdoor stuff. Hike, Pole walk, kayak and bike. I've joined a couple of gymns over the years and maybe used them for a month or so. The gymn is a 25 minute drive from home, but it is on my way to and from work - so maybe I'd be more likely to use it. My goal is to do cardio and work on specific areas of my body... Has anyone used a trainer, and what was your experience with that?
Update from yesterday's entry - I decided we'd take lunch with us rather than have to decide on a restaurant - it was good - although because of the rain we ate in the car - but it was free, and I didn't have to decide where to go and what I could eat...
