My simply divine tofu scramble I made this morning. Woke up at 5am and couldn't fall back asleep. Already walked a mile, had a cup of coffee, and did dishes. Maybe a nap is in order? 😁😴😴😴😴

Now that is what I need to do— add a little tofu to my morning egg. Thanks for the idea. I always forget about it and I have it in the pantry.

How's the tofu scramble? I just tried that tofu spaghetti and it was amazing! I always thought I wouldn't like it at all!

Tofu scramble is just as good as any scrambled egg! I love it dresh like this better than the frozen microwave ones. Much better if you make it yourself.
