Happy Weekend, my Fancy Followers!

Things are moving along. I am doing well drinking all my water - so much easier in summer, right? Went to Orange Theory yesterday and today, and plan to get out for good bicycle ride tomorrow.

I made another Cali'flour Foods cauliflower pizza crust tonight topped with veggies and homemade pizza sauce. The sauce base was lean ground beef in some diluted tomato paste with garlic, spices and olive oil. Tomato paste has no additives, no extra salt or sugar and ends up with a better macro profile than buying tomato sauce.

It seems I may not hit my loss goal for June though...shooting for 178 but stuck for the moment...

Note to self: 45/55, 30/35, 10/15

It was yummy - and I did not add any cheese to it - just didn't need it!

HCB as tomatoes come into season try using some fresh tomatoes. Glen I tried a cauliflower crust ages ago wasn't a big fan either. Might try it again sometime after my tomatoes start getting ripe. Haven't tried zucchini. I just use homemade traditional crust but then pizza is a rare thing @ my house and since I don't do LC it's not an issue.

@Glen - do you make the zucchini crusts yourself? If you buy them do they use wheat flour? I like the purchased ones OK. I am all about the toppings!
