Feeling bloated and all around Blah today. I'm hitting my Macros but not going anywhere. Feels like water weight. We have hit the rainy season here and any leisurely walk can turn into a downpour in a few minutes, so my exercise has been reduced. Very aggravated today. I think I will do a 3 day egg fast to get past this. I really want to break 330 before the end of the month. When I saw 332 a few days ago, I thought I might be at 325 by June 30th but not now.

Bloating stopped when I changed to lactose free dairy products and found they taste as good if not better. The 1/2&1/2 tastes sweet but not as many sugars as regular and the cream cheese is smoother!

I had many months with bloating. I heard people say 'eat lots of vegetables, and raw as much as possible'. Looking back, I now know this is a bad advice. I've found much better body comfort, by imagine myself living life 40.000 years ago. Agriculture did not exist. Forests, sea, and mountains is the 'supermarket'. Meat and fish was the most valuable and easy thing to consume for food. Some wild plants existed, and could sometimes create a bit of variations in flavor. Had to be careful with plants, as they could easily lead to feeling unwell. With my very simple menu, I find it easier to recognise foods that make feel like crap.

I started using Stevia extract I made form the powdered leaves. Not sure if that's what is causing the bloat. Not a big fan of it overall. I used it for a few days and stopped and felt better, I made tea the other night and added it and back to bloat. Cutting it out again to see if it is the cause. We shall see...
