Is this just pure coincidence? I went over my calories yesterday, I'm sure. I stopped tracking mid day because I was in the slumps and wanted to comfort myself by eating. But I chose to eat pork rinds (almost an entire bad) and some cheese sticks. Did not have any sweet treats containing Maltitol and here we are today, a full two pounds down. Unless it's that I shed some water weight somehow or that swelling from surgery is going down. Either way, not complaining!
119.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find I eat more when my hubby is home, and that's when my weight is down. Go figure.
