Okay. Something's definitely broken loose here. I'm at the weight I was at end of last weekend's down days. Maybe it was me threatening to fast? Fast is still on tomorrow. I should be below 195 some time tomorrow. Interested to see what the fast followed by the down days does for me this weekend. Weather still very hot with no rain. Forecast for this weekend is rain, so let's help it. Song of the day Raino ~ Chilliwack. Thanks for the song choices yesterday.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
