Woke at 213.4, up 1.2 from yesterday. UPDATE: Famished at 10:30 am today. Ate two hard boiled eggs, and then an avocado with shrimp ceviche at 1:30 pm. Only sleeping four hours per night this work week, so that might be generating hunger-inducing cortisol. UPDATE: Came home at 215.0, so the waking weight is today's low. Ate dinner but will fast Friday and Saturday to get back on track.

That’s rough! Hopefully you’ll get some quality sleep soon. I don’t usually get more than 4 to 5 hours of sleep each night. I tend to doze off during the day to try to compensate.

Having a job with mandatory and set hours can be rough for your sleep schedule. Many years ago, I learned that polyphasic sleep worked for me. As the owner of a small farm and as a writer, I could set my own work hours. Now, I am essentially retired, and still take at least one afternoon nap. Best wishes for your health!
