What I don't understand is why I lose weight where I don't need to first. My feet, ankles, and wrists are so

I lost my face , my face looks better weighing 120 lb but at that weight my belly is too big, so 😐

It’s due to where body fat is distributed. The arms have less fat distributed on them then larger parts of the body such as stomach/butt which have much larger fat storage components. So arms will appear to get thinner/lose fat first than the rest of the body, when it’s not that, it’s just fat is being lost all over & there is just less/more in certain areas... Hell if “spot reduction” was true, I’d be able to lose fat on my left ass cheek while keeping my right side of my back fat and keeping the upper portion of my right pectoral ripped at 4% to be in a fitness competition... 🤦🏻‍♂️yeah that wouout to look like all kinds of Fxcked up lol

Also when fat is lost from the belly area, usually it appears that it’s protruding more just because the lower extremities hold on to more fat/lose last, so it may appear to stick out/sag, when it’s just some combination of leftover fat/retained water/illusion of leaner upper abdomen vs bottom. Otherwise known as a “pooch” lol
